How we work

Listen first. Measure carefully. Put the recommendation in writing.

Custom fit

Every opening, mounting surface and intended use is different.

Technology plus craft

Motors and controls matter, but so do alignment, finish and integration with the architecture.

Service-area business

Appointments take place at customer project locations throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding North Texas communities.

Clear scope

Final measurements, product selection, price, electrical requirements and terms belong in the written proposal or contract.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website, by phone, text or email is used only to respond to the inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule appointments and provide requested services. We do not sell customer contact information. This page does not publish a street address because EX Design Group is a service-area business serving customers at their DFW properties.

Warranty

For EX Design Group motorized patio screen and shade projects: EX Design Group shade components are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase. Fabric and motor warranties are provided by their manufacturers and vary by manufacturer and product. Labor and freight are not covered under the warranty. Damage from acts of nature—including hurricanes, wind, snow, rain and other severe weather—is not covered. STAX and other manufacturer-specific products may have separate written warranty terms; the applicable proposal and manufacturer documents control.

Custom-order notice

Website content is general planning information. Photos and videos are representative. Configuration, performance, price and lead time depend on site conditions and product selection. A photo-based estimate is preliminary; final measurements, scope, price, electrical requirements and terms appear only in the written proposal or contract.
